- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is impossible to get through to a person when calling there. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a simple question answered, transferred many times to different recordings that had no options for what I needed. This is the worst phone experience I have ever had!! When someone is detained here, especially by ICE , they are shut off from the world indefinitely. It should be illegal to not make it possible for loved ones to contact them if that loved one is not able to not able to get there in person. VERY UNFAIR!!!!By Nona Gilbertsen, October 20, 2016
